Viewing Usage Report |

Before you begin this task:
- You must have role of a systemAdmin to view the usage report.
- Ensure to append LicenseManagement Web service interface (available in the Cordys ESBServer Application) to Monitor Service Group. By default, this Web service interface is attached during the creation of Monitor Service Group.
A Usage Report contains the number of unique named users for a site. The number of unique users is calculated per Application across all organizations and installations of the Application. The Usage Report is sent to the Process Platform License Service for invoicing. You can view this report using the License Manager task.
- On CUSP > My Applications, click
(License Manager). The License Manager window appears and displays Installation details and Contributor Details panes. - On Contributor Details> Report Information, select the With actual user names check box.
Note:
If you select this check box, the usage report displays the actual names of the users instead of the names of the systems using Process Platform. - Click View in the Report Information section. The Usage Report page appears.
- Click on the Application for which you want to view the usage report. The users of that Application are listed.
The Usage Report is displayed.
